Mercedes Rent Delhi – Luxury Car Rental Services
By booking a vehicle with Mercedes Rent Delhi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Final confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, call, or email.

Rates may vary based on location, time, duration, and specific vehicle requests.
2. Payment Terms
-
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, online payment links, or cash.
-
Balance payment is to be completed before vehicle dispatch.
-
GST and additional charges may apply based on services selected.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
Cancellation 72+ hours before the rental: 90% refund
-
Cancellation 48–72 hours before the rental: 50% refund
-
Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund
-
No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
-
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.
4. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
-
Vehicles must be used responsibly and for the purpose booked.
-
In case of self-drive (if applicable), only authorized persons may drive.
-
Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents are chargeable to the client.
-
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
5. Chauffeur Service Terms
-
All luxury rentals are chauffeur-driven, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
-
Chauffeurs are professional, trained, and dressed in uniform.
-
Waiting time beyond the booking duration is billable on an hourly basis.
-
Clients must treat chauffeurs with respect at all times.
6. Timing & Extra Hours
-
Rental period starts at the agreed pickup time.
-
Extra usage beyond booked hours will incur hourly charges.
-
Late returns or extended delays must be informed in advance.
7. Outstation & Area Limits
-
Our service area includes Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad & NCR.
-
Outstation trips are available on request and may incur additional charges.
-
Toll tax, state entry tax, and parking fees (if any) are payable by the customer.
8. Vehicle Replacement Policy
-
In case of unforeseen issues (breakdown, delay), a similar category vehicle will be arranged.
-
If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.
9. Decorations & Custom Requests
-
Floral or theme-based decoration is allowed with prior approval.
-
Any damage during setup/removal of decor is chargeable.
-
Personal branding or shoot customizations can be discussed in advance.
10. Legal & Dispute Resolution
-
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
-
Misuse of service, misconduct, or false claims may result in booking cancellation without refund.
-
Mercedes Rent Delhi reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its sole discretion.
